mail. i was never able to get to the post office to pick the package up before it got shipped back to the dealer. i have called a few times and the salesman told me he was working on it. it has been over a month and a half now. what do i do at this point? i have the car but do not have the title.

either go back to ther dealership(they normally do send or distrib
ute titles)or go to your local dmv and they can give you a title and help you get your original title taken care of.it sounds like this dealer is yankong your chains

the title should have come from your state dmv. Contact them about an original or replacement title. Dealers do not issue titles. the states do.
