Ήθελα μόνο να ξέρεις ότι σε σκέφτομαι
(Pronounced: Ithela mono na kseris oti se skeftome) = I just wanted you to know that I think of you
Or
Ήθελα μόνο να σου πω ότι σε σκέφτομαι
(Ithela mono na sou po oti se skeftome) = I just wanted to tell you that I think of you

I can't translate the form Just to let you know exactly, use one of the above
