300 calories a day is starving yourself. you are actually sabotaging your exercise efforts.

if you exercise 3 hours a day on a stationary bike plus 1 hour of aerobics but not taking in the right amount of calories, what happens is your body will start feeding on muscle tissue. that's a no no.

that can lead to anorexia and alot of other health problems. my advise to you would be to forget what the scale says and focus on how you look. the purpose of exercising is to look good and be healthy, not damage your health. get a calorie counter and figure out how many calories your body needs.

also, i would cut down the amount of exercise you are doing. instead, focus on the INTENSITY of your work out rather than the amount of time.

instead of doing 3 hours on a stationary bike, try doing it for 15 minutes at a normal pace, then the next 15 minutes go as fast as you possibly can and push your body to it's limit. you'll get results much faster that way and it will save you some mega time.

Youre on a route to kill yourself! Food is fuel for your body! Anyway your body will just stop losing weght when it's hit where it wants to be! I know since it's happened to me! Just bcuz models, actresses, singers are toothpick and sickly looking does not mean u have to! U need atleast 1200-1600 calories a day!

SO STOP THE 300 CALORIES AND GET A LITTLE MORE IN YOUR DIET! EXERCISE IS FINE BUT DONT KILL YOURSELF FOR AN IMAGE THAT'S FAKE! Remember models in magazines and such are just airbrushed to look perfect! They have imperfections too just like the rest of us!

sweetie, why on earth would you want to only weight 100 pounds or less? It's not healthy and you could end up in the hospital. Please don't do this. Watch Dr. Phil this week, he's having a couple of twins on there and their story might be a real eye-opener.

You only need to be below 100 lbs if you are under 5 feet tall.

You might wanna slow down a little. That kind of diet/exercise is very dangerous to your body. There is no healthy quick fix to losing weight. Step down gradually, and you'll be fine.

or you could always try vomiting everything you eat. (i'm not serious, please don't do that)

why in the world would you want to get below 100lbs?!?! only consuming 300 cals a day is dangerous. you could die from heart failure or a heart attack. when you loose weight that quickly your muscles atrophy (disolve b/c your body is eating them), including your heart. do you want your body to eat your heart?

maybe you should find a psychologist who can help you understand why you want to get under 100lbs. i wish you all the best.
