You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Please, don't lose so much so quickly, especially for such a little thing like a friend's wedding.

To lose 20lbs, you would need to burn 70,000 calories. That's roughly 2,300 calories a day.

You automatically burn roughly 70 calories an hour doing nothing - just sitting still. That's about 1600 calories. You would need to burn another 1000 calories after that (about three hours of light jogging) AND NOT EAT AT ALL.

FOR A WHOLE MONTH!

That's a very unrealistic goal.

My opinion: not worth it. Especially since you're so small already, and probably not so tall given your current weight. You must be less than 5'6".

A loss that drastic would make you unhealthy and weak, and likely to hurt yourself.

Fist, avoid as much bleached flour (any white, starchy foods) and sugar as possible. Workout twice daily, once doing at least 30 minutes of high impact cardio and once doing weights (light weights and many repetitions help you stay tone while you lose). Don't forget to drink loads of water, eat whole wheat and get adequate sleep.

i dont know if you can lose 20 lbs in a month. Try this diet, its for fat people who need to lose weight to go intoi heart surgery. Dont do this diet for a long term thing, i think they just reccommend it for a short term weight loss thing.

how tall are you?! 123 lbs. is a good weight most likely, if you lose any more, you probably would look sick/skeleton like

water, VEGGIES, VEGGIES, and MORE VEGGIES. Fish, some fruit and 3 8oz glasses of milk per day. No sugar, no carbs. You'll feel like crap but you'll lose the weight.
