what about theme parks, football, movies etc? and if there's not..what exactly are you supposed to do with yourself for eternity?

Heaven is basically a big church. Hell's fires cleanse and purify the spirit--and when you get tired of dancing in the fire, there's a whole lot of other fun stuff to do. You should check out the Infernal Football League! It makes NFL football look like ballet. Seriously, isn't football with flamethrowers and rocket launchers a much more exciting sport?

I would imagine that if there is such a thing as heaven, it would be largely what you make it. On top of which, these are all material things from which the human mind derives satisfaction (I consider myself quite the archetypal materialist by the way!!), but perhaps in heaven the mind or the soul finds gratification or peace in other things. Just think - who needs movies when the whole earth could be your theater!
I guess none of us will know until our time comes, and if there is no heaven, then we'll be none-the-wiser anyway!

Heaven has the following amenities:
- Swimming pool
- Tennis court
- Three basketball courts
- A softball diamond
- Shuffleboard courts (only open until 10 pm)
- Pinball machines
- Classic arcade games from the '80s
- Whack-a-mole
- Skee-ball (scheduled for completion January 2007)
I think that's everything. Unfortunately, though, they don't have a merry-go-round yet... but they're working on it.

sorry to burst your bubble, but those things are considered pleasures of the flesh in the bible, and useally evil traps set by the devil to make you have fun, so u wanna go to where its more fun, hell. but in heaven, to get there, what u have to do is be faithfull to god, prey and not have ne fun, this stuff is actually written in the bible. oh and by the way the only thing to do in heaven, get this, is to worship your lord for all eternity, thats right, all there is to do is prey, so according to the bible, hell u get tortured, and heaven all u do is prey all day... which is torture, so try not to die because when u do ... ur screwed

or what heaven is. It is not a dream or fantasy.
Simply put ......It is presence with God.
We are ignorant to things we have not experienced.
