Red Eyes! There's a visine for that. Throw a large handful of change in the bushes far away from your window. You save all your change when your out at night. Throw $20 in change in the bush, tell the kids you tossed $30. For older children you'll have to up the $$.

Blood shot eyes are caused by dehydration. Drink a lot of water and go soak in the tub. Maybe you won't hear the kids in there.

either you're drinking a very strong beer
or not used to it
the only time i've experienced blood shot eyes from drinking
is when i drink anything straight up over 100 proof
it's the alcohol vapors that irritate your eye's lens
causing the capillaries on the surface to become irritated
