Are you engaged ?
It would be a big help if you could tell them that you were engaged, show them a ring, tell them a date has not been set yet but that you were now going to start living together as man & wife...
Don't make living together a permanant arrangement that simply
relieves him of the necessity of committment and marriage...
Years can drift by and you find yourself still unmarried, with two
kids, breaking up with boyfriend, no job, no place to go, 30 yrs. old and no future....Marriage is for your safety & protection...
I have no problem with cohabitation & premarital sex but don't have kids out of wedlock and don't live with him for more than a couple of years without some kind of marriage committment.

well first of all do your parents know about the guy ! have they met him and are they ok with him if they have met him !
if they have not met him make sure they meet him once ! maybe you all could have a meal together or somethign !!
this way they will get to know him !! make sure you intorduce him as your boy frnd anot not just any friend !
then once your bf leaves tell them that you are moving in with him !!
tell them you have thought it over and tell em this is what you really wanna do !!
all the best

Well, you shounldn't need to worry. If you are 24 you should stop worrying about what your parents will say. If you are, you might not be mutare enough just yet. (Not by age) but by the fact that you can make your own choices now.
Whatever you deciede should not need to be your parents bussniess anymore, (unless it's life or death).
Hope this helps.

Have you parents met your bf?
If yes, just tell them that's you are moving out to stay with your bf.
If not, than you have to bring him back home...

come on, your still living at home and scared to tell them your moving out?!
i moved out at 18 with my BF. Just flat out say it, im moving out im getting an apartment with ______. And just wait for the reaction, they cant stop you, you know they'll be mad just listen and state your peace and leave. They'll get over it soon enough.

They are not going to react any differently no matter how you tell them. However, if they are providing you with any financial support, you could probably expect to lose that.

Just tell them the truth...you are an adult and are capable of making your own decisions. Good Luck!
