John 3:16
"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.

1 Cor. 13:1-13
If I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but do not have love, I have become a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. [2] If I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge; and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. [3] And if I give all my possessions to feed the poor, and if I surrender my body to be burned, but do not have love, it profits me nothing.
[4] Love is patient, love is kind and is not jealous; love does not brag and is not arrogant, [5] does not act unbecomingly; it does not seek its own, is not provoked, does not take into account a wrong suffered, [6] does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; [7] bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
[8] Love never fails; but if there are gifts of prophecy, they will be done away; if there are tongues, they will cease; if there is knowledge, it will be done away. [9] For we know in part and we prophesy in part; [10] but when the perfect comes, the partial will be done away. [11] When I was a child, I used to speak like a child, think like a child, reason like a child; when I became a man, I did away with childish things. [12] For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face; now I know in part, but then I will know fully just as I also have been fully known. [13] But now faith, hope, love, abide these three; but the greatest of these is love.

1 John 4:10-11 "In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another."

I expected to see at least some intelligent questions and answers and there is some, but the majority of them is what you said...fighting, insults, hatred and a lot more negatives.
So I had to keep telling myself there are people out there that want answers and they are serious about it.
I could go on and on but this will suffice for now.
Peace....

I expected some good debate, and a certain amount of insults and hatred. I have to say, I agree that I didn't think it would be quite so MUCH insulting and hating going on, and I'm more than a little shocked at the amount of ignorant people with a genuine desire to remain ignorant.

Actually this place is pretty much how I expected it to be: A lot of opinionated, passionate people arguing about things that are important to them. The insults and fighting result from the fact that people really take religion seriously, and that's also to be expected. If everyone here was getting along, THAT would be surprising to me.

Having frequented similar sites in the past, this was pretty much what I expected. People throwing out erroneous arguments, typically laced with little more than ad hominem attacks, and the occasional reasonable comment thrown in here and there. It's those occasional decent posts that keep me coming back. It just takes some filtering to find them.

I did not expect to see so much HATRED between religions. There is still love here in this section. A good idea is for you to start spreading love on R&S.

People hide behind anonymity to spew out careless chatter because there are no consequences at least in the present. Let there by peace on earth and let it begin with me! Try to find the good and positive even though it might be like looking for a needle in a haystack.

You are correct. I thought that the people on YA are educated, but the more I was on YA, I saw many uneducated people and impersonaters. People would use really bad words and insult each other. YA customer service should do something abt this problem.

Btw, make sure u know these impersonators- JIM W (fake-level 1 real one-level6), Shiraz (all of them are fake!), Tina Louise Smith (all are fake!)

by way of fact it is on the topic of the potential of God. You get God's interest with prayer. it is potential complete. merely like each little thing else they're attempting to get rid of God from. it is a damaging element. look at what occurred with Katrina and the fires In California. A usa can gain the sins of it is chief. it is Biblical. we ought to repent and humble ourselves,so as that we are able to pay attention from God.(paraphrased)
