Vicodin, but Motrin is much safer to take and it really works!

Vicodin is stronger than Motrin. It really depends on what your taking it for. Motrin does well with some things, but after I have a root-canal done my dentist put me on a few Vicodines, and then ibuprofen.

Motrin is the brand name for Ibupforen, which is used for moderate pain. It is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication.
Vicodin is the brand name for Hydrocodone with Acetaminophen in it. It is used for more severe pain. It is derived from opioids, which makes it a controlled substance (Narcotic).
