i couldnt find a weight chart on-line that factors in more than age and height.
i'm 24, 5'5", 34AA, and a size 9 almost. 135-140lbs (fluxuates). i think this is considered over weight, but i dont know. i have a really thin build, and i used to be athletic (i was 115lbs up until 2 years after highschool). my mom was even smaller than me (98lbs when she got married at 19) so i've TOTALLY surpassed her.

Well, you are not overweight, although it's possible your body fat percentage could be on the higher side of normal. You should have your body fat percentage checked professionally. It should not be more than 30% and under 25% body fat is considered ideal.

Also, check your waist measurement, it should not be more than 32 inches, or you are at an increased risk of heart disease/diabetes. I personally think 28 inches or less is ideal for the waist measurement. HTH : )

The right weight is the one that lets you feel and look your best.

If you're happy at 135'ish and a size 9 (which sounds great), then that's your ideal weight.

Traditional weight charts would put 5'5" at 118-138, depending on build. You're totally within range.

Google BMI (Body Mass Index) and it'll ask you for your height and weight, then work out whether you're underweight, overweight, or obese. But you have to remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so it can be inaccurate for the athletic. Generally speaking, fluctuating 5lb is perfectly normal, though - sifferent things such as water retention, even how much food you've got in your GI tract will make it waver that much.

In general, a female who is 5' should weigh 100 lbs. For every inch taller than that, you add 5 lbs. This is really only if you have a small build.
