I am a mother of 3 if that was any 1 of my children you bet I would be up @ that school taking actions into my own hands get the whips and chains and beat the living hell out of that teacher and then ask questions,
second remove my child and warn everyone to keep their children away even publishing photos of the marks and cuts in the public newspaper and plea to everyone to shut down that school or remove that terrible teacher.
And tell your son no matter how old he is that even if he did mess his self that was not how he should be punished and it's not his fault, im sorry.
And if this was fake in anyway you made a fool out of a grown women for crying for you and your family.

1) what country are you in that allows school personnel to BEAT a child? That is completely insane! I can understand a paddling on the bottom, but beating with whips and chains? Take your kid out of that school if you want him to live and be normal!
2) How old is your kid? Kids have bathroom accidents. Why did your son use the bathroom on himself? Is it because that C unt of a teacher wouldn't let him go to the restroom?
3) Report the teacher to the authorities. And I'm talking about police, not school heads. If a parent did that to their own kid, they would go to jail!
UNREAL!

I have worked at a school for 22 years and under NO circumstances should you allow this to happen. Since this sounds so severe I would go straight to the police first, and do it NOW. If corporal punishment is allowed okay, but that means a spanking not a beating. If the child used the bathroom on himself it is probably because he was afraid to ask her to go. I have always treated the thousands of children that I have dealt with over the years the way I would want someone to treat my child. GO NOW TO THE POLICE, I BEG YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He must have done something to deserve a beating. The beating you describe sounds severe though. I would have to think that they would have to contact you to let you know that he had been disciplined. Perhaps he got beat up by other students and is embarrassed about not being able to defend himself. He probably wet himself from embarrassment. I highly doubt that teachers are using whips and chains. I suggest contacting the school about whether he was disciplined or not and enrolling your son in boxing class or a self-defense class. I think he is lying about the teacher beating him with whips and chains.

If this is true, what kind of parent would send their kid there? Beatings are allowed that is insane, spankings on the bottom in combination with other tactics maybe, but whips and chains. I can't believe that a person would even ask what to do in this situation. As a parent you are suppose to protect your child so I would pull that poor kid from that whacked out school and knock that teacher around myself you know...since beatings are allowed!

What kind of private school is this???
I have never heard of a private school that allows beatings. I would assume that is illegal. If your child has cuts and bruises, it is definitely illegal.
Before you go blaming the teacher, keep in mind that children are reluctant to report bullying by other classmates, and it is much easier to blame a teacher for it. I would go to the school and ask as many questions as you can to get to the bottom of it. Moving him to another school sounds like it might be a good idea as well.
Good Luck!!!

Call the school immediately. In schools that still use corporal punishment there are rules about how it is done. There are procedures and witnesses and whips + chains are not allowed.
If someone hit him with a chain it was not a teacher. The liability insurance alone to cover this type of punishment would bankrupt an ivy league college.

Oh Lord, mama, get yourself to that school right away. There is a difference between a paddling and a beating. NO SCHOOL has the right to BEAT any child, I don't care how good they are. Oh my, I would have already been to see the teacher, the principal and whomever else was needed. Cuts and bruises, oh my word, that just makes my blood pressure rise reading this.

Yes you should talk to the teacher the principal and anyone higher than that and talk about other punishment in which inflicting harm is not part of the solution and if they dont agree put your son in a different school and/or call police
