Tell him you appreciate his services as your doctor but you are changing doctors. If he is a professional he probably hasn't asked you out because you are his patient. Then make sure he has your phone number and tell him you would love to hear from him. Good luck!

You need to sing to him:
Doctor, doctor give me the news
I've got a bad case of lovin' you
No pill's gonna cure my ill
I've got a bad case of lovin' you
A pretty face don't make no pretty heart
I learned that buddy, from the start
You think I'm cute, a little bit shy
Momma, I ain't that kind of guy

Find another doctor and then ask the old one out. These kind of relationships can get him into trouble. It's not professional.

Try to find out where he goes socially. DO NOT try to interest him while you are in a patient visit. If he is interested, he will respond, outside of work.
