ok silly question...but it's been bugging me. I was talking with this guy that I've been dating for over a year, while we were watching a show on the travel channel. Anyway, like out of the blue, he said "you should buy us a log cabin in the woods" . huh? first I thought about the YOU & the US part of it. So what do you think he's getting at with this comment?
(silly I know..but it's been boggling my mind!)

He likes you, he likes you! Seriously, he obviously sees himself in the future with you and plans on being with you for a long time. My guess, is he really cares about and loves you.

The part about "you" should buy it may be a little troubling as it should have been "we" should buy, but that may simply have been a bad choice of language.

You should ask him if he is serious about wanting something like that someday and make sure you word it that it should be something BOTH of you purchase and are responsible for.

I wish you the lest of luck. Peace

Sounds like you need to stop watching vacation home search together. Why don't you just ask him what he meant. I don't know a guy and his ego that won't be flattered to know that you've been thinking about him this much, one way or another.
