I have heard and seen people who have got it done professionally. It really depends on your hair. Some people have had great results and some are very negative. It stiffs your hair for sure. So you will have straight hair, but it is not silky.

I heard of it. Some places sell it for $60.00 a kit. I heard it's not made for our hair type. I use a relaxer. Either Revlon Realistic or Dr. Miracles. Both work great.
