Faith can move a mountain according too how much one believes in the impossible. A person must have faith in the Almighty and without doubt because with GOD all things are possible.
I had to have the kind of faith to move mountains when I was first diagnosed with a huge ovarian tumor the size of a watermelon some years ago. And not knowing if it was cancerous or not.
On the day I was first told that I would have to have the surgery I was somewhat shocked... but I still had the faith to believe that I could overcome my condition.
I remember leaving my primary care doctor's office on that beautiful summer day and suddenly being compelled to look up at the sky. And for a moment it seemed like time had stood still for me. Suddenly, and to my amazement I heard a still small voice that spoke to me saying, "This sickness is not unto death." It was the same words that Jesus spoke when he healed someone that was blind from birth in the Bible.
After going home that day I felt so reassured and was determined to hold fast to what I heard. Although my surgeons had warned me a few months later that the tumor maybe cancerous and that it was possible that it had already spread to other parts of my body. I refused to believe their report and kept the faith.
My husband who at that time was a very close friend and also spiritual had somehow transported himself inside of my belly one night when were talking on the phone...and described the actual shape of the tumor and how it was protruding up into my diaphram. He saw the color of the tissues, and everything. And to make a long story short the tumor was not cancerous. I drew a diagram of the description to prove to the doctors that it wasn't round but was shaped more like a huge squash. When they took it out the tumor looked the same way that my husband had described it that night while he was in the spirit.
Believe it, or not faith does and can move mountains. It moved a mountain of a tumor from my body and has been performing miracles in my life up until this day!
Peace,
Hope

A little 7 year old boy had a mountain in his life. It was called asthma. He had 3 attacks on Saturday, Sunday, the pastor asked him if he believed Jesus could heal him. He said yes. The pastor prayed for him and he has not had an attack since that day. He is 8 now and I sure thank the Lord for this mountain being moved. People may call this ignorance but I call it a blessing.

it's a metaphor for one's faith being able to remove the problems you may be faced with in life at a given time. I have amny testimonies I could share, so let me say this in short. Faith helped me buy a house after years of being told my cred wasn't good enough and etc. Now I have a decent home and am blessed!

Faith is described as what you believe in. Some people believe in enough to move mountains. I believe that faith can carry you on when you can't go anymore. I just look into the eyes of my children and there's my faith!

Faith is the excuse for ignorance, so it is ignorance that can move a mountain. Ignorance has been proven to be one of the strongest forces in nature, if organized, like it is by religion.

My husband and I was in debt big time. We hadn't been saved long and our car quit on us. We told a few people about how we are going to have to wait on God to provide. My husband borrowed his brothers truck to get us by. We kept praying to God about helping us somehow get a car so we didn't go futher in debt. We knew the scripture that said if you dont work ya dont eat. So we knew it was God's will for him to work. Finally 3 weeks after not having a vechile a friend of ours bought us a used vechile, cause God lead him to do so. So not having a vechile was a big mountian in our life and having faith in God to provide made that mountian go away. God is so good.

If you just believe a mountain has been moved, it has been--if only to you because you believe it has been. This is faith.
