What is the most important thing about judaism, how do you worship god? I would like proof. Also the orthodox jews, who are they? Did Moses show you how to worship god? how to live etc? Do you practise the 10 commandments?

the foundation to Judaism is the five books of Moses or more commonly known as the Torah/Pentateuch.
As to how a person worships G-d its different for each person but most Jews have a standard liturgy that is used during services.
Orthodox Jews as they are called are basically the only Jews around today that actually follow and practice the Commandments that were given to the Jewish people.
as for did Moses show how to worship G-d. Not really their are a few verses that are from the Torah that G-d gave to Moses so he would give it to the Nation of Israel such as the 13 attributes of mercy, but on a whole the Jewish liturgy really started to develop about 2,000 years ago.
as for how to live more or less yes.
and yes many Jews do and should follow the 10 commandments.
worship with limbs? your going to have to explain what you mean.

I'm not sure what you mean by "the most important thing". Do you mean practice? Idea? Philosophy?
The most important thing for us is to worship G-d. I don't know if there are "more important" commandments, but certainly there are some which define someone as a Jew. e.g. shabbos, beleif in one G-d. etc.
Orthodox jews are the ones who actually keep the commandments.
Moses did teach us the vast majority of what judaism is. Some small changes have taken place (usually adding on things. e.g. a standard liturgy). And yes, we practice the ten commandments. Along with 603 other commandments.

Yes Jews worship God. Rules and regulations can be found in Leviticus it contains alot of the laws and what must be done. Orthodox Jews are people who still look for the messiah to come. There is also Ultra Orthodox Jews that believe hardcore Jewish laws and follow them today.. You see the guys in little black top hats and black cloths at the wailing wall? It is a good chance they are the Ultra Orthodox Jews I am refering too.

I'm not Jewish, but Jesus was. YES, Jesus was a JEW, not a "Christian". The term Christian did not come about until long after Jesus was dead. Oh and Mary, Joseph and all of the Apostles, they were Jewish too. The first half of the Bible (the old testament) is the Jewish Torah, so if you know the first part of the Bible (Adam and Eve, Exodus, etc.) than you know Judaism.
