I order 30 % glycolic acid on the internet without knowing if it was safe my for my skin ,i used it and now my face is burned pretty badly and it left alot of black marks of my face which is horrible..can someone please advice me something i could use that will take these marks away???people keeps starin at me its ruining my life wat can i use to make it go away?

Normally, 30% glycolic acid wouldn't burn your skin so severely. Sometimes the "black marks" it leaves are places where the dead cells are going to shed. If you don't have blisters I would say simply keep your skin hydrated with a good moisturizer for a few days and see if the spots fall off. Glycolic acid is suppose to debreed your skin of dead cells and it sounds like that's exactly what it did. You're only suppose to leave it on for about 3 minutes. If it's worse than you suggested, go see a doctor. Godloveya.

Third-degree burns usually have a "charring of the burned skin" Third-degree burns result in scarring and present problems with infection and fluid loss. The more extensive the burn the more difficult these problems. All 3rd degree burns should be seen by a dr.
Other words see a dr to check severity. You may permanently injure yourself!!!

It sounds like you have a chemical burn. Try using silvadene and see a dermatologist as soon as possible to avoid permanent scarring.

If you can get hold of an ointment called 'burnol', apply it on the affected areas!
