I really think it would be worth your while to see a doctor and explain the situation. You might do well on an antidepressant. You sound like you need one because one of the symptoms of depression is physical exhaustion. Why play with your health? Go to the doc. godloveya.

I know this might sound strange, but exercise is the most natural way to help reduce stress. It releases endorphins and makes you feel better! It's tough picking yourself up and going to the gym or getting to a class or even doing something at home, but believe me -- it really works. Also, getting involved with activities you enjoy with people who enjoy the same things -- that's a great way to take your mind off of things and also put things in perspective. If you'd like some personal guidance, I also recommend reading the book The Four Agreements. It gets a little too preachy for me in parts, but the basics of it can really help you deal with external negative forces in your life.
Best of luck to you. Please feel free to email me if you'd like to discuss further.

can you take a couple of days off of work to just "sleep in" I recently did this and it seemed to help out a whole lot. Even if you dont have any vacation time, I think it is better to just take care of yourself and then go back to work and start your schedule again. Take a walk also - that can help you get rid of some of the stress.

You need to rest. Stress can exhaust your body as much as physical exercise. Do some relaxing stuff that relaxes your mind or sleep. Dont sleep too much or it could lead to depression with your current stresses.

You're overwhelmed with trying to resolve the problems. In other words, you've burned out..
Sleep is your only relief, but you may experiencing depression now and too much sleep is bad.
Other's have written, exercise and walks, I agree. Physical exercise is the only answer if you don't want to go to the doctor.
You will feel better..I did, and I was like you for a long time.
Try it, please.

You might try meditation and yoga. Both are great for relieving stress and keeping you relaxed in every day life.

I was the same way. I tried all sorts of things. I ended up going to the doctor. He gave me medicine to relieve the stress.
Glad I did it.
