fruits like grapes and berries - they are lower in sugar carbs. Also carrots have more carbs than cellery, but are good for you. I like to get some low calorie ranch to dip my veggies in. I prefer fresh broccoli, carrots, cellery, and mushrooms. Also if you like black olives, you can have a few of those each day too.

If you picked the Kimkins Diet you wouldn't be hungry.
What you can have for a snack depends on what type of diet you're doing.
Traditional slow loss diets like Weight Watchers encourage low cal high carb snacks like air popped popcorn.
Faster weight loss programs like Kimkins would encourage lean protein like grilled chicken strips or a Crystal Light smoothy.
Check your diet and see what they recommend.

Try eating 5-6 small meals a day. It boosts your metabolism and you won't go hungry. This is what I do. And for snacks I have trail mix, applesauce, diced fruit, veggies, granola bars, chex mix, etc. :)

Heres all the things i eat when dieting...
yougurt ,,,and i buy some granola.Whatever flavor u like best and mix it in...or u can mix in your fav fruits.Special k cereal is the bomb. Cinnamon sugar rice cakes are good. I drink alot of aloe water..it sounds nasty but u buy it at the supermarket,,its sweet but good for u and tastes so good nothing like an aloe plant. Canned peaches are my favorite. Dry cheerios are also very good.

air popped popcorn- no salt or butter ( add other seasonsings to it: basil, oregano, pgarlic powder..etc)
drink lots of water- sometimes with one of those individual flavor packs in it

100 calorie packs are a godsend. Also, of course, there are fruits and veggies. If you're looking for full meals, Healthy Choice microwave meals are great!

Snack on fruits (e.g an apple) or veggies (e.g carrots). Or you could also snack on nuts (e.g pitacio nuts). These food generally are low on calories.
