Follow classic's advices, and if that fails do a system restore (providing you have set up the machine to create restore points) to before you installed the latest version. To access this the easiest way (you dont say how fluent youwhen it comes to your comp) but in the help and support section, it will have highlighted links to help you restore your machine.

Hi there

I assmume you are using Internet Excplorer 7 and you want to revert back to version 6?

1. Go to your start menu and select control panel.
2. Click on Add/Remove programs
3. Select Internet Explorer 7 from the list and click the remove button.
4. Wait for the process to finish and then restart your computer if prompted.

Once your computer has restarted you should be back with your previous version.

Hope this helps.

Scott

click check the show updates box, scroll down to the version of IE you currently have and click on This will uninstall the update and revert back to the older version.

Alternatively, if this does not work, reboot your pc, hit F8 and you will be given a list of boot up options. Click on This will revert windows back to the last good set of drivers and settings.

You could always, of course, if you have your Windows installation disc, just re-install everything or do a repair.

Leave IE alone and use Firefox Much faster and more user friendly.Removing Ie can be a pain as it is part of the OS no matter what Microsoft sat.

KEEP IE7!!!

It is a major security update to windows!

Dont like the speed, turn off the anti-phishing feature that is designed to keep you safe. Dont like the looks, forget firefox as it is almost the same now.

Anyone who goes back to 6 is stuck in the caves. GET OVER IT.
