you should be drinking 8 - 8oz glasses of water a day. that's 64 oz. you're pretty close to that if you drink 60 oz a day.

1 glass = 8 oz. 40 oz. = 5 glasses. 60 oz is 4 oz. less than what is recommended. So, drink 64 oz/day.

There are 8 oz. per glass. to 8 to 10 is 64 to 80 oz.
You are all ready drinking enough water. There is no benefit to drinking more unless you are in a very hot area or doing extreme exercise.

1/2 to 1 gallon a day... = 64 to 128 ounces a day is a great start. You should drink 2, 8oz glasses 4 times a day. Please do not get water intoxicated, as this could dilute some of the more valuable electrolytes like Na+, K+, Cl-....and you could be in trouble. Maybe drink some gatorade(R) or similar in there as well.

A "glass" of water is 8 oz. Most typical kitchen glasses are 12-16 oz.

There's no need to force water. All fluid counts including soda, tea, coffee and other beverages.

a glass of water is roughly 200-220ml... so like 8-10 glasses will be 2000ml+++, 15ml=1oz so... to make the long story short... you're behind by more than the daily need... (in ml's you only drink around 900)

drink more... its actually good for you...

what ever your weight in pounds, divide it in half and that's how many ounces a day you need to drink.
