The only thing required of us, is to testify his word.
What is required of us is not so much physical, but spiritual.

If you're looking for physical actions with limbs, then there aren't any.

We do testify. This would mean, we walk to our cars to drive to church. We Knock on door to spread the Word.

Read this: Ephesians 6:15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
Once again, feet are limbs. We use it physically to walk, but spiritually we lead by example by practicing the gospel.

Another example: Romans 10:15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

Get it? Can you see the Spiritual side?

More examples:
Mat 13:9 Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.
Eph 4:1 I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called

Get E-Sword and you can search for limbs all you like. It's free.
You won't find your answers here. This is something you need to work for your self.
Mat 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Since "worship" is a lifestyle, not just "religious rites", then anything that can be done to honor God with your hands and feet can technically be considered worship. If the activity can't be done to honor God, then it CAN'T be considered worship.

For example, being conscious of, and wanting to honor, God, I can carefully and honestly count out change to a customer at the store. I can also make a casserole for a sick friend, or hold my nephew's hair back while he throws up. I can hold up my hands in prayer. My hands become an extension of the love of God.

I cannot, in worship, sin with my hands and feet. Shoplifting or beating somebody bloody would not be considered "worship", for example.

For a scripture reference, try Col. 3:17 "And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. "

By singing, shouting, dancing, and just praising Him!
Psalms 100
1 Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands.
2 Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing.
3 Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
5 For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

Also we worship Him in the very act of obeying His commandments and witnessing to those around us.
Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
