to love-want to be only with that person.
to fall in love-you like that person and hope one day you can say you love him or her.

like - has develop an interest in a person and enjoy getting to know the person more. there are no commitment in liking a person. a very stress free period of timing enjoying one another company.
love - peace in your heart, accepting the person for who and how there are. it's unconditionally, sacrificially, non judgmental, no condemnation, no hatred, jealousy nor envy, truthful, loyal, faithful and foremost there are commitments in love. love is not only found in marriages or relationship but also friendship, family etc and the most important in our self for a start.
fall in love - from pure liking it could develop into falling in love (not always necessary as well). when one is ready for a next stage - more responsibilities in life.

to like and to love are kinda the same.....liking is liking but when u love someone the feeling is really strong
to fall in love means youre actually with someone...

To like someone means you are interested in being with them.
To love someone means that you love them, it can be romantically or not (like I love my mom)
To FALL in love means that you have slowly established that you want this person in your life for the long-haul. You are comfortable enough with them to tell them anything. It kinda takes awhile.
You can love someone with being IN love with them. (once again, like I love my mom but I don't want to do things with her that I do with guys)

to like some one is: To like them, ud like to go out with em, but yeah u still look at other girls/guys watever, they drive u crazzy but if use broke up or were never together it wouldnt kill.
But if u love them, there all u think about and all u want, u just want to spend the rest of ur life with them, ud give ur life to save them, all u care about is them, u couldnt care less about ne hot person that crosses ur path, its just them...and yeah u just want them to be happy, even if it isnt with you :-(
