no matter how hard i try to remember the stuff that i study , i cant. what can i do?

People tend to have a better memory of visual things, rather than things they hear or read. If you could create a sort of "flash card" system for whatever material you are studying, it would likely be helpful to you.

If you're desperate, try a nemonic (sp?) like, Roy G Biv, =red orange yellow green blue indigo violet, or make up your own, something that you can relate to.
There are some for mathematic equations, but I find my own are silly and they work better for me.
