There are some spices that may slightly raise your metabolism a little bit but let us not fool ourselves here.....there is no magic food that is going to drop big weight. People say grapefruit and cayenne pepper and cinnamon...the list goes on.

You CAN lose weight by supplanting high calore items for lower calorie nutritious items over time added with metabolism raising movement/ execise. There is no magic trick. Drop the chips/cookies/chocolate/ etc and eat more berries/nuts/oranges/ veggies/ etc. of course this will vary from person to person but veggies and lean protein sources with some fruit will be better than cheesesteaks/hoagies/large bowls of pasta and such.

In addition to exercise, try low fat dairy products. You can use a limited amount of caffeine (too much isn't good). Fruits high in acid (ex oranges and grapefruits) will help. Exercising before breakfast will help the most, since your body is using your fat for energy at this time.

To keep the weight off, weight training with exercise will also help change your metabolism. If you focus on building muscle, you will burn more calories throughout the day.
Follow weight training with 20-30 grams of protein to help build muscle. Lastly get plenty of rest to recover.

Celery and lettuce are good since it takes more energy to eat compared to the amount of calories they have. Fruits and vegetables make the best snacks and helps you have a more balanced diet. Also you want to drink water, don't over do it, but water is a healthy way to give your body what it needs to stay hydrated and makes your skin look better too.

Hi, as well as execising, eating fresh fruit and veg there is one other thing and it is called soya lecithin, It is a soya based tablet which helps your body to absorb fat quicker and turns the fat into energy thus speeding up weightloss. You can get this from any health food shop and it is 100% safe!

All these suggestions are valid, but it does depend on the person and you current matabolism. Wjhat is wrong is the answers NONE - this only starts your body in starvation mode, which means that it holds onto the fat incase it needs it later. Without regular small meals exercise is somewhat wasted

Fruit and vegetables rather than thinks like lollies and chocalate and the best snack is celery because you use more energy eating it than it puts back Lean meat is also important and the odd white meat (fish or chicken etc.)
