I lead quite an active life. I work full time and I go to the gym most nights after work. If I don't go to the gym I'm usually out with friends or something like that. I'm in bed by ten at the latest though and I always feel so tired.

Maybe you are a little too active and need some more down time - not necessarily sleep, but time to relax- read, play cards, do a hobby. Sounds like you are always on the go.

I agree with the first poster, it may be a lack of iron. I am recovering from extreme anemia and I was feeling very tired all the time, I had a craving to eat ice all the time, and my eyes were very white around my pupils as was my skin. If you have any of these symptoms along with your tiredness, I would make an appoitment with your doctor so you can get your blood taken and see what your count is. It is very treatable but it takes awhile for your iron count to get back up. Good luck!
Edit: I was taking Centrium every day as well, but I still developed Anemia =) go talk to your doctor, especially with that fainting spell

How is you diet are you eating enough, and you making sure that you are eating 3 meals a day and if you are is it enough. Also not that I mean to be personal but could you be pregnant?

If you aren't pregnant, I think that, that the fact you fainted is your body's way of telling you to slow down and perhaps you are doing too much. I think that you should go and see your doctor to make sure that you aren't anaemic and maybe you should get a blood test done. All in all I think that you need to slow down, for a few weeks I think that you should maybe just go to the gym after work 2 times a week and you need to make sure that you are eating enough and that your meals are all balanced

Your fainting is your body's way of trying you that something is wrong, it’s an early sign that you need to take notice of. Maybe your blood sugar was low, either way you need to take it easy and see your doctor

Are you getting enough sleep or restless sleep. find a way to wind down before bed so you sleep solid (ex read a book or do a crossword)

Next, do you eat anything after you work out or drink a protein shake. Your body needs food to make energy.

Its definitely lack of iron ....my ex girlfriend suffered very badly and was always tired and withdrawn. But iron supplements help.

Try tacking a diabetes test as tiredness and needing the loo is often a sign of mild diabetes

Tiredness can be a result of low or high blood sugar, depression, poor diet (high in fat and sugar), and a bed that isn't supporting you properly.

It is best to talk to your doctor about how you are feeling. He or she may run blood tests to check your sugar levels and your iron.

Lots of things cause tiredness, you could be deficient in iron, essential viamins or minerals or it may also be depression. Some women tend to be very tired when they are pregnant.
