Don't worry it will get easier. My ex and I were together for five almost six years.. we broke up because one he cheated and two he wasn't sure if he was in love with me. I was devastated, I wouldn't eat, didn't want to go to work or school and all i could do was sleep and cry. My friends tried to help, my family tried to help and nothing worked. No one can help you, you have to help yourself. I know its hard, but like I told you it will get easier. You need to pick your head up and start taking your mind off of him, get involved in school start hanging out with friends. Try new activities, new sports hang out in places where you can meet new people. Dress up, fix your self up if you look good you will feel good. I mean it wont happen the next day, but little by little you will start to feel better and you will get over him (you will not forget him, bc he was a part of you, but you will get over him I promise!) Just be strong and keep your head up...if you need anyone to talk I am here.so_vldz@yahoo.com
Good luck

Heh, anyone that has been in love and lost them, for no matter what the reason, will feel exactly the same way. I know my self I have been there twice and "had" the jeans that no longer fit, as they are 10 sizes too big, to prove it.
In the end you have to just keep going and find things to keep your mind off it. Try classes if you are not in school or a hobby like guitar, anything you can do to fill your mind will greatly help. In the end though you will have to learn to deal with the feeling but time will make them become lesser but can not get rid of them.
Best of luck and I hope you at least take a vitamin since you are not eating that much.

I know how you feel, my ex broke up with me too, and I cryed like a baby over him, I cryed my self to sleep ever night, but now I'm better it took me a while to get myself together but I finally did, if you keep saying I can't make it without him then you want, have a postive attuidue about the sittiution, I told myself I will find someone who really loves me and treat me likea queen, if he dumped you and broke your heart he is not worth it anyway, he will relize one day that he let a good thing go and when he do you will find someone who really care for you, just take my advice and do what I did, You will make it, because I have, now I find someone who care for me, it took me a month or two but I did and i'm proud of myself and you can do it too good luck

When you are in a relationship, it is a risk you take of getting hurt or let down. One minute they could be all for you, then the next, its over. I have been there, so I know exactly what you are going through. The best way to overcome this, is by going to God for help. Now, whether you believe in Him or not is your business, but God has the love for you that doesn't compare to anything in this world. His love is abounding, it overflows, think of a cup underneath a waterfall. God has the love that everyone is searching for, unfailing. So take your burdens there, and He will lift you up.

if you're crying all the time after 2 years , you might need to see a Dr about antidepressant drugs , if talking to your friends doesn't help u may consider counseling , but the best cure for a broken heart is finding someone else , so don't give up dating

Believe me, I know how you feel. But you will get over it. If you have to cry let it out. Start to hang out with your friends more and keep yourself busy. Listen to liberating, not depressing songs. Make this YOUR time and pamper yourself. Remember you are QUEEN and he couldn't fill the pants of KING in your life.

you can do it..
right now you need lots of support.. go to friends whom you trust and can lend you a listening ear or a shoulder to cry on
its perfectly normal for you to feel the way you are feeling right now, because he did mean a lot to you..
I know what i say wouldn't mean much right this moment, and when i tell you that time will heal all wounds, i really know it will.. you just have to be patient..
A guy that really loves you will never ever make you cry..
feel free to email me if you need a listening ear

Wait a minute, he already forgot you and you still miss him. Come on! It's not so easy, but try to transform the beautiful moments that you have with him in bad things, and men on the earth are more, and don't kill yourself! Don't DISTROY yourself!
