Laxatives are a medicine on which a person becomes dependent to the point that the body can't function without them. Young women who use laxatives to lose weight can someday turn into fasionably thin 35-year old corpses.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.
1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.
2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.
3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.
These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

After reading this I really want to share something because I spent many years going from diet to diet without getting any real results until I discovered Pams magic plan (google it). Without a doubt the best results that I have ever achieved and I am still trim to this day.

some people actually use it, but i would not recommend it... you loose weight basically because you are dehydrated and its not a good thing...
some laxatives are used like in the morning, so that you can have BM in the evening... or in the evening so you can go in the am before work.... taking it in between is a bad idea becuase you dont want to go while in the middle of a meeting or worse, in the street rigth?
those drugs produces really painful cramps caused b y hyperactive movement of your lower intestinal digestive tract... and while you're at it, you would really wish you didn't take them because you would literally hang on to the walls of your bathroom because of pain (worse than dysmenorrhea)
laxatives doen't work as if you didn't eat at all... it still goes through the entire digestive tract stomach(storage) --> small intestine --> large intestines -->anus --> toilet bowl...
think about it...

Well, it doesn't really look like you are looking for an intelligent answer but I'll offer one anyway. Taking laxatives is NOT a good idea. Ultimately you can upset the balance of electrolytes etc which can eventually lead to heart arrhythmia's, your nutrition will be off which will present a whole different set of problems but hey, do whatever stupid thing you want, I won't have to treat you when you crash.

Laxatives do not make you defecate. Laxatives are only used when problems persist with stool/bowel movements. Your digestive system will function normally. If you have problems passing your stool, which can happen if you have low fiber, then laxatives aid in passing your stool.
