Don't cook the chops start-to-finish in the microwave. Sear the outside in a pan or in the Foreman, and then use the microwave to turn the inside from pink to white, about 45 secs per chop (for health safety issues: cook pork all the way through). Make sure to cover the chops in Saran wrap or a microwaveable bowl if you don't want plastic touching the meat. This way, your pork chops will actually be very juicy.

Cooking pork in the microwave is a bad idea. It will definitely come out tough. You can still use your George Foreman grill, but in order to keep the pork chops tender, soak them in a brine first. That consists of 2 parts water, 1 part salt, black pepper corns, brown sugar, and apple juice. Bring the brine to a boil and let completely cool. Then soak the pork chops in the brine for about 2-3 hours. This will ensure that the meat will stay juicy and tender when cooking.

I would go with the foreman when you cook the pork. I am not really all too familiar with pork but I can tell you salt absorbs moisture so cook with alot of salty seasonings is a bad start. I dont know if you make your own dry rub for the pork chops or buy one, if you make it yourself, leave the salty seasonings off till the meat is about halfway cooked but microwaving meat is always a funky experiance. with chewiness and soforth.

You could try it as a casserole type thing. Big pyrex with veg etc and the chops. Put in water, stock cubes, cider, that sort of thing, and cook it for as long as your microwave allows on a medium heat. Too hot and they'll be tough, too low and they'll be raw and a great source of food poisoning!!
Personally, I'd use the grill though.

I know you can do bacon in the microwave, so much be able to do chops too. Though I can't imagine they'd be too good. When you say your cooker is broken, do you mean oven, grill and hob? If so, I guess you're going to have to George Forman them!

If you cook them in the microwave do it in a casserole dish in something like a can of mushroom soup on a low power setting over a longer period of time.
If you want to use the grill thingy and not have tough meat you have to preheat it well first, otherwise you are putting the meat on a cold grill - a sure-fire way to ensure toughness.
Try preheating the grill and give it another chance.

Hi there, microwave meat is yucky, (I agree with the first poster). Do you have a stove top? Just get a pan, put it on medium high heat, and cook them for about 10-20 minutes (make sure there isn't any pink in the middle). They don't take long at all (when unfrozen). =) Good luck!

Starlet is right - they'll be horrible. You could try cutting the meat off the bone and microwaving it in some sauce, that would be better - use a tin of mushroom soup if you're stuck.
