i am not able to organize my life , i have lots of potential , but because of laziness i am not able to use it

i was doing my own business, but then i left it and went for a higher post by joining one company .IT was my dream job, i was waiting for that job for last 6years , but when i got it i am not able to perform properly. I also got married four months before , My family life is good . But i am not able to carry out things as i planned. I got lots of dream , i want a guru who can help me to plan my life properly

YOU SAY YOU HAVE LOT OF POTENTIAL .YES ITS SO NICE OF YOU.BUT YOU DID NOT EXACTLY DEFINE YOUR INNERWORKINGS.A LAZY PERSON CAN NEVER EVEN THINK THAT HE HAS POTENTIAL AND HE HAS TO DO SOMETHING.AND MORE OVER YOU SAY YOU DO SUCH GOOD JOB,YOU EVEN DID BUSINESS.LAZY PEOPLE CAN NEVER DO ANY OF SUCH THINGS.ALL THEY DO IS TO DAY DREAM THAT EVERYTHING WILL HAPPEN FOR THEM WITHOUT ANY EFFORT.
YOU KNOW THE REAL PROBLEM YOU HAVE GOT IS YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR NEW JOB.MAYBE BECAUSE YOU LOST YOUR INDEPENDENCE OR MAYBE THAT YOU ARE UNDER MUCH STRESS NOW. AS BUSINESS IS QUITE DIFFERENT FROM YOUR NEW JOB.JUST COOL DOWN FOR FEW MINUTES .LET EVERYTHING GET OUT OR YOUR MIND AND THEN BRING IN THE SINGLE TOPIC OF WHAT IS EXACTLY MAKING YOU FEEL LIKE THAT.WHAT IS MAKING YOU NOT PERFORM AS YOU IMAGINED.JUST LIKE THE COMPUTER.WHEN IT IS IN DEADLOCKS IT CANNOT PERFORM WELL.SO ONLY YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PERFORM AS YOU ARE CONFUSED WITH YOUR MIND.

I have the same problem. I am trying to read books... I know some highly functional people and it just seems that they do 1000 things in a day without any effort. Time management is not a skill we all have. I have come across some websites and there are coaches out there who can help you with this problem if you are willing to invest. It might be a good investment.

I would say that a ship without an idea where it wants to head to, will always sail to nowhere. Thus we too, need to have vision to know what we want in life, and goals to help us to set our dream in place. And then plans are needed to lay the framework to get there. Action, perseverance and never give in to discouragement are some of the key ingredients we need to make our dream come true.

We have ample time to reflect and set a master plan to determine what we want to achieve for 2007. So do get a paper and set your plan ok := )

from the sounds of it, you seem like an intelligent person...if you are intersted in IT/business then you have a good understanding of logic...what it may seem at first glance is that what you are lacking is motivation..the key is, to find out what it is that you are motivated to do..what things do you do by your self like clock work? this is the same sort of methodology that you need to incorooperate into your other daily activitities..other than that, theres loads of great self help books/dvds availble! personally, i read the Qu'ran..its great at putting things into perspective

finish first wat u hav 2 finish b4 getting into other situations again.......try 2 solve first ur problems 1 by 1.........then, u can carry on ur other businesses.....always remember: even if u hav a ton of things 2 do, always hav tym 4 ur family, 4 God and 4 urself. Also try not to be idle or lazy bcoz it will not help u finish ur problems.

Are you sure it's laziness fouling up your plans? It could be stress that is having that effect on you. Have you been tested for adult ADD - that could account for being unorganized.
