Love is the result of a 100% Commitment to the values of a relationship. It is a cognitive process. For example: If you like something like chocolate, you can decide to eat it.
If you commit to something 100% like money, ie Saving, investing etc. it becomes the driving force of your life and you will end up "loving it"

In a relational context, if you decide to commit 100% to someone, love WILL result. The key to this message is you cannot decide to love, but you can decide to commit 100% to a person. Using this process, you will quickly learn what causes the breakdown of a relationship ie. lack of commitment.

Emotion is the way you respond to your cognitive environment. For example, if something you are thinking about is bad, you will feel sad. That is an emotion.
