Does anyone know how or where to get a shuttle to pick us up from or near 270 W 45th Street, New York, NY and take us to the JKF airport? And about how much will that run? Any cool stores to shop at while Im there ;)? Thanks for all your help.

There are shuttles leaving every 20 mins that are cheap right in front of Grand Central Station. This should help also.

If you want "door to door" service you can call the Super Shuttle:

Otherwise, you are very close to the bus service that is outside of Grand Central Station. It is right off of 42nd Street, on the south side of Park Avenue.

The SuperShuttle is a shared van service, so leave enough time to get there. They can tell you the cost when you make your reservation. The NY Aiport service has regularly scheduled buses to JFK, about every half hour and it is a cost of $15.
