What do they mean, is she seeing somebody else, or doesn't really like me?
Yes we have gone out before, but she cancels a lot of our dates....

Don't call her or contact her again. When she calls, make a date, then cancel.
Apologise profusely and then reschedule.
On the next date, cancel again, and tell her you have a family issues you need to deal with. So your not lying, go and see your mum.
Don't call her again. Let her again contact you. If she doesn't call, then she is really not that into you. If she does, keep the date, because she likes you. She will probably not cancel again.

could mean a lot of things, but most likely she is just seeing you when she doesn't have anyone else to see or anything else to do.

it all depends on how she treats you and acts when you are together. she may have legitimate reasons for cancellig those dates talk to her. only you can get to the bottom of it all

It sounds like you're not a very big priority to her, my recommendation is to move on and surround yourself with those who value your time.

Sometimes things "do come up"......but repeatedly? That's rude....when and if you ask her again.....ask her to choose a time and place, she cancels again....stop asking.......who needs all that drama?
