Natural fermentation in orange juice can cause races of alcohol equal to or even higher than the percentage found in non-alcoholic beer.
Some people who have had problems with alcohol shouldn't drink "near beer", the taste and associations (rather than the traces of alcohol) can cause cravings for the real thing.

The de-alcoholed beers and wines all contain traces of alcohol in it. Normally between 0.3-0.5% It will never be 100% alcohol free unless it is an artificially flavored drink.

Non-alcoholic beer is a misleading term as it does in fact contain alcohol (up to 0.5% by volume in some countries).

There is really no such thing as beer which is completely free of alcohol and the so-called non-alcoholic beers can be problem for those trying to abstain from drinking.
