There are no easy solutions, the best thing is to look for small improvements you can make to your lifestyle and then stick to them.
Diet:- Look at what and when you eat. Use diversionary tactics to avoid occasions where you find you are eating between meals.
Exercise:- This doesn't have to mean exercises, walking briskly exercises the heart and burns-off the calories! - Consider taking-up a sport as a social activity - something you can strive to get better at whilst getting exercise - perhaps something like Table-Tennis or Badminton.

I suggest you check the links I'm giving below. Chances are diets don't work or make you gain all weight and then some when you start eating normally again.
By having 100 to 400 flavorless calories a day, you can reset your weight set point to your ideal weight. No hunger, no special foods, no pills, no exercise (you may add some if you want, for the health benefits but it isn't a must).
Don't waste another day, see the link below and then the boards. You will be amazed at the quantity of people having success!

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.
It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.
A sight with some really cool diet calculators and interesting calorie counting calculators is here. Check it out.

Stay motivated, and get up and walk every day. I seriously lost all my weight starting off my day on my walk.
Good LUCK!

Sorry
But exercise is vital to any long term weight loss, you can try fancy diet clubs if the support helps you, but good old fashioned proper balanced eating and exercise will keep it off, but no diet is a FAST fix, even slimmers of the year work for about 2 yrs to loose 9 and keep off their bulk ;-)

Wow, you really think theres a get thin quick fix dont you? Afraid not babe, short of a bout of gastric flu or dysentry, youre gonna have to accept your body shape if you keep up with that way of thinking.
A friend of mine lost a fair bit of weight through Slimming World, think the combination of watching what she ate plus having people sharing the same goal helped.
Exercise is also essential for a healthy body.
Finally, every time you think youre hungry, drink a glass of water instead, its great at filling you up and 9 out of 10 times you think youre hungry, youre actually thirsty. (Dont quote me on that number but the fact itself, thirst mistaken for hunger, is true!)
Basically, unless you want to make the effort, youll always be heavier than you want. Its your choice babe, good luck

Why don't you try weight watchers, you have to stick to your daily points limit. It doesn't feel like a diet as you can eat what you like, within reason. I started 6 weeks ago I'm 5ft 4in and when i joined i was 12st 7lb, I'm now down to 11st 7lb. I still have a little way to go, but that just goes to show you that the diet works!!!!!!
Good luck.

Mustard is a secret bulge-buster. The idea boosts your metabolism and improves natural ephadrine, the hormone that burns fat. According to Jeya Henry, professor of human nutrition with Oxford Brookes University, just a tablespoon with your food can reduce a flabby waist by 20 percent!

You need food to live.If you take food that gives you just enough calories to burn for your daily activities, you will maintain your weight. Therefore to loose weight without dieting and not exercising, you will have to cut down on your carbohydrates

Sorry but your not going to loose weight fast, not healthy anyway. There are a lot of gimick and fads, dont bother with them. You may not want to hear this but, just cut back on your food intake and find something to do every time you you want to snack (drink water, read, do one exercise, clean ect....) Eat healthy , eat smart and limit how much, if you really want to do it (loose weight) it will happen. You have to want to do it for yourself not sombody else or it will be a loosing battle. If you do it to fast to soon your going to loose
