Bob Ross is from Muncie Indiana, I know that they have some auctions of his works every once in a while... You can also check with the Ball State University Art Department.
If you are looking for landscapes that are similar to Bob Ross or better yet, Thomas Kinkaid, go to OverstockArt.com for a nice selection of landscapes.
