The following exercises will help tone that area, but you have to add cardio depending on your body type at least 30 minutes every other day. Try kickbacks, get on all four, draw abs in, bend knee with thigh parallel to floor and extend foot to ceiling, contract and release (do 3 sets of 10). Next do deep squats keeping back straight, making sure knees doesn't extend past toes, when coming to standing position tighten buttocks and repeat for 3 sets of 10. Last, lay on back, bend knees with feet on floor, arms extend at sides, and slowly roll hips up off floor keeping shoulders on floor contract buttocks and slow return to start (2 sets of 10). You will feel it and it works.

Side Leg Lifts
get down on your knees
know place your right hand on the floor and keep right knee on the floor and extend your left foot out so toe is on the floor and left hand is either on your left hip or by your left ear
lift your left leg up to hip height and lower so toe is just above ground, but don't let it touch, repeat 15 times and switch sides and repeat 2-3 times on each side

walking a lot helps that "saddlebag" fat very much so, atleast 7 or 8 miles a week or walk every other day and watch your intake, dont eat more than you really need
