Once you get started hair fall it is very difficult to retain hairs. Don't believe in onion juice or other things. All you do is live tention free life and take a healthy diet that will help most.

no...I've never heard of this. Why would someone want to smell like that? I don't like talking to someone that has ate onions because of their breath smelling like onion...I can't imagine someone using onion juice on their head.
Why are you losing hair? is it because of thyroid problems, your diet, did you have surgery and the antesthetic is causing it, or pregnancy and the baby's birth can do that too. Go see a Dr to rule out any health reasons first.

I have only heard that stimulating the scalp helps the hair grow faster but not keep it from falling out.

noooooooo.heat little olive oil & massage it in the scalp.leave it overnight & wash it with mild herbal shampoo.repeat it twice a week.
