1 John 5:2 By this we know that we love the children of Yahweh, when we love Yahweh and keep his Laws (commandments).
3 For this is the love ofYahweh, that we keep his Laws (commandments). His Laws are not grievous.
2 John 1:6 This is love, that we should walk according to his Laws. This is the Laws, even as you heard from the beginning, that you should walk in it.

Prov 6:23 For the commandment is a lamp, and the law is light.
Isa 8:20 To the law and to the prophecy: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

Love is a profound feeling of tender affection for, or intense attraction to, another. People in love are often considered to have "good" interpersonal chemistry.[1] Love is described as a deep, ineffable feeling shared in passionate or intimate interpersonal relationships. In different contexts, however, the word love has a variety of related but distinct meanings: in addition to romantic love, which is characterized by a mix of emotional and sexual desire, other forms include platonic love, religious love, familial love, and the more casual application of the term to anyone or anything that one considers strongly pleasurable, enjoyable, or desirable, including activities and foods. This diverse range of meanings in a single word is commonly contrasted with the plurality of Greek words for Love, reflecting the word's versatility and complexity.

God is love.
One may have some understanding of that love as it is "shed abroad in our hearts by faith" in terms of comfort by the Holy Ghost.
All else is human affection, which however warm and fuzzy or high much "felt" as a religious high, is no match for the Love of God. Love in short is not a thing or feeling but the "person" of Almighty God. Sinfull man in a flesh body cannot stand before Love. The result would be utter destruction.

Love is the name of God
Love is the name of Truth
Love is the name of Goodness
He who is good
Is next to God
And is spiritually high
Love is never selfish
Love is never foolish
Love is always LOVE
To love a man
Is not the real love
When self rooted
Love is sin
When full of return
So why joy in sinning
Love is sacred
A voice of soul
Close to God
If love you God
God is by your side
With lasting happiness.
NOTE-- Hope this small poem will be able to take you through the
desired yearning to what LOVE is in reality.
