Put an ad in the paper, on the bulletin boards at you local coffee shops, etc. If you try to find a loving home for your dog you will find one. It may take a little while longer but at least you won't be just dumping him at the pound to live in a cage indefinitely. Until then keep him separated from your little boy. Too bad they don't get along.

There is an organization that rescues just Min Pins. Their website is minpinrescue.org. If worse came to worse, depending on how far away you are, I would adopt him. I have 4 min pins already and I absolutely love the breed. I could give it a great home, but if you want to try minpinrescue.org they have very high standards on adopting out a min pin plus the dogs stay with a foster family, not in cages.

I hope this helps and let me know if you want me to adopt him.

Teach the child how to behave and treat the dog. I have an idea that he is doing things that the dogs doesn't like done. He is, after all, a baby. You need to supervise the child when he is around the dog and see what the outcome is. Don't just give up and get rid of a dog you have had for 2 years. Teach the dog manners where the child is concerned also. Too much work for you? Then give up the dog to a rescue group.

No, but I might know someone who want to adopt a child.
That's a joke. Sorry, just couldn't resist the temptation.
