They removed the Apocrypha, because it was never determined as to whether or not it was divinely inspired. The books that weren't included in the New Testament were written AFTER Revelations was.

First of all, the passage you quote does not refer to the Bible as a whole, since John, when he wrote it, had no idea that there would ever be a Christian Bible, or that what he was writing would be included in it. The statement refers to the Book of Revelation itself, nothing more.
Luther intended to remove 10 books from God's Holy Word because they contained clear teaching against some of his new doctrines. Some of the seven Old Testament books include instructions for praying for the dead, a custom of Christianity from the very beginning, which would have no meaning unless some of the dead were in Purgatory. Luther rejected the 1,500 year old Christian doctrine of Purgatory, so threw out the part of the Bible containing the strongest teaching about it. Luther also rejected the 1,500 year old Christian truth concerning the place our good works play in our salvation, so the letter of James had to go. He also identified two other New Testament books of Holy Scripture that he needed to get rid of, but his followers wouldn't hear of throwing out the writings of the Apostles themselves, and Luther had a revolt brewing. So he backed down and left the New Testament intact, only doing violence to the Old Testament. And to this day Protestants claim as Luther did, that our works do not contribute to our salvation, even though they use a Bible that states exactly the opposite.

Friend, you have to understand this verse very closely,19: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of (THIS)prophecy. God shall take away his part out of the book of life-------- Friend now lets read Daniel 12:4 But thou O Daniel shut up the words & SEAL the book, even to the time of the END----Verse 9: And he said, Go thy way Daniel, for the words are CLOSED up & sealed till the time of the end. Now lets go to Rev. 10:4 And when the 7 thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write, & I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the 7 thunders uttered & write them not. Now friend we have to understand there is things that was for end time prophecy, That was not even allowed to be written, therefore Since Daniel Heard or saw certain events & also John the Revelator was also saw or heard the same things, about to seal them up until when?(THE END TIME) & then those things will be sounded & shown to the Bride only, & not the religious world, But ONLY TO THE BRIDE, & they are prophecies that is not even written yet, WHY, because they are sealed up until the end. So the verse you are reffering to, means that we can NOT take a false Revelation & twist it around, Because when That 7th Seal is opened it will be open only to the Bride. And these are things that are not even recorded, But yet It will never be contray to what is already written, It will just be added onto the continue revelation of God's word. And only the Bride will know them.

Second. You (with many others) have used this verse incorrectly.
This warning is meant for the book of revelations only.
