Sweetheart, If you're in tears then there is obviously something wrong. If ppl are telling you to go on pills, they may have a point BUT they should be more sensitive to you. Don't kill yourself it's not worth it. If you'd like to chat - and I hope you take up the offer for your sake- , my email adress is: kirstkluyts@yahoo.com

If the people around you do not take your depression and thoughts of suicide seriously then you are talking to the wrong people.

Suicide is NEVER the answer. Find a counselor or therapist or call the suicide hot line. See your GP or Internist for a referral. If you have no insurance or little money contact your local Mental Health Department. There are places that have sliding scale fees. (you pay what you can afford).

Looking at your last questions, you have a lot of issues. Nobody on line will be able to help you, especially if the problem is some type of chemical imbalance. (Which a lot of people have). But you really have to either speak to a family member of get help. You have to go to a doctor. It may even be something you don't have to take medication for. And you will end up killing yourself if you don't get help and continue to take pills when you shouldn't, so get help!
Oh yeah, and you have anorexia too? You need to get help from a doctor.

There are SOOOoooooo many people out there that are envious of the things you have and take for granted. Try and volunteer some of your time with a service group - Meals for elderly or clothes for poor. Maybe then you can get a bit of prespective in your life that others value so greatly.

What you are describing is a state of depression. You should seek some professional help (not just pills) and see a Therapist. What is important is for you to seek help before you hurt yourself. A lot of people go thru depression and it is treatable. GET SOME HELP....talk to a friend or family member about this. Good luck and keep us posted.

hi first check with your doctor or psy, how is your emotional life? it could be cause of a lot of presssure , a difference in your life, or if it is new it could be a kind of relief from a long situation, a kind of pressure valve who open with an event or since an event. it could be in you since a long time and suddenly something append in your life and the bowl is now to full to keep it inside. don t play with that situation. you need a specialist like a psy. not just a good friend. good luck. roger

The human mind has the ability to generate and conjure up a myriad of images, yet we can still share such similar themes in our lifes. This may serve to remind us that perhaps we are all not that different. Some psychologists have argued that our shared daily experiences serve to connect us as a human race. Human beings share common concerns, hopes, fears, and conflicts. always say urself u r happy and yes u r happy person. its just u who has forget about it and its u to remind urself about this.

What are you saying?? Killing youre self is not going to solve youre problems. You have to go and see a professional. Life is beatiful, it has moments that you want run and run and run , but thats life. Try making new friends , maybe moves to a better place. But nothing deserves death. You need a friend i am here.

O God! Refresh and gladden my spirit. Purify my heart. Illumine my powers. I lay all my affairs in Thy hand. Thou art my Guide and my Refuge. I will no longer be sorrowful and grieved; I will be a happy and joyful being. O God! I will no longer be full of anxiety, nor will I let trouble harass me. I will not dwell on the unpleasant things of life.
O God! Thou art more friend to me than I am to myself. I dedicate myself to Thee, O Lord.
