It isn't possible to lose 65 lbs in a MONTH! Heck no. But on starvation diets, you can lose about 10 pounds a month, it worked on my sister but she played tennis twice a week, too, but gained some of the weight back, and now she is eating healthy and has exercise 4 times a week, and now she's almost back to her old weight when she lost 10 pounds.
But please, don't kill yourself. I've never heard of a story saying that she/he lost 65 lbs in a month, come on, be realistic.

No, it's not possible. Nor would it be healthy to try.
Starving is not a weight loss method because it triggers your metabolism to go into starvation mode where it becomes more difficult for you to lose weight. One can lose weight more quickly if they eat the right foods that if they eat nothing at all.

Hi,
I specialize in helping people lose weight quickly and safely.
I dun think it is possible to lose that much via a starvation method.
Firstly, your body will figure out that you are starving and your metabolic rate will go way down, thus making your weight loss slower..
Secondly, I personally feel that the detox that I am using to help people lose weight is one of the fastest ways they can find and I have yet to have any of my clients lose 65lbs within one mth.
There are other better ways to lose weight. I did a detox and lots 33lbs within 2 months. You can read more here:
http://dreamsincredibles.blogspot.com/2005/10/angel-lost-15kg-within-2-months.html
It is however trye that people who are heavier tend to lose more intitially compared to people who are slimmer.
If you are interested in my detox programme, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com
