There are several methods to improve quickly and naturally eye sight... To know how to do that you can find here a compelte method based on researches done by some scientist, for a cheap price:

http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=413

I can give you just some tips but I suggest to give a look to the method that i posted above...for example you can take more food that contains vitamin A such as carrots may help to naturally improve your eye sight. We can also always do exercises. There are exercises such as rolling your eyeball to form an invisible square that are always recommended by the doctors to improve one's eyesight. I don't know about quickly as there is no fast way to reach one's goal.
Vegetarians can help to improve one's eye sight. I believe it because I am a vegetarian and my eye short-sightedness power remains the same without any increase after about 2 years. The doctor was shocked because teenagers at my years will usually have a most increase since we are always watching TV, playing computers and also reading. I do not know whether it is totally true or not but it does affect a bit on the result.

Anyway i suggest to check the link that i posted :) It worked for me
Hope it helps.

It is true in that carrots are high in Vitamin A, also known as retinol. Retinol is converted to retinene, a compound that makes up part of the light-sensing photopigments that sit in the retina and help convert the light that enters your eye into nerve signals. The more photopigment you have, the better you are able to detect light. Therefore, in situations where less light is hitting the retina (ie, you're in a dark room), and the more photopigment you have, the more likely you will be able to convert that scant light into a nerve signal which can travel to your brain. So, vitamin-A rich carrots can help you to see better in the dark, but they do not improve your visual acuity. That is, your vision will not improve from 20/400 to 20/20 by eating carrots. That's more a function of the shape of your eyeball, the clarity of the lens inside your eye, etc.

The origins of this come from WW2. We didnt want the Germans knowing we had early radar so the government made up a rumour that eating carrots is good for the eyesight.

We now know there is vitamin a in carrots which does help eyesight though if you ate enough carrots to help you see better you would have orange skin.

Myth: Eating carrots will improve your vision.

Fact: While it is true that carrots are high in Vitamin A, which is an essential vitamin for sight, only a small amount is necessary for good vision.

Yes they contain Vitamin A but the myth comes from the war.
The British started sending hoax messages saying "are solders can see in the dark alot better since they started eating carrots" well these got intercepted by the Germans and they started intercepting the carrot trucks this ment that are other suplies could get through with little trouble. Also there was propraganda posters with DR Carrot stateing that they were good for eyesight.

Michael H almost got the answer right! It was in fact the fitting of highly secret RADAR sets into allied fighters that spawned the myth, the British pilots had above average success (kills) before & during the battle of Briton and in an attempt to conceal the true reason the ministry of dis-information put out the "carrot" story. It only goes to show if you lie long enough and with enough conviction people will believe you. Tony Blair is a prime example of this with his WMD in Iraq

Well you would have to eat a LOT of carrots to improve eyesight, but it is Vitamin A is important in maintenance of the cornea, helps proper perception of light at the retina and a vitamin A deficiency can cause lag in recovery time after a flash of light at night. So make sure you are getting the right amount of it. Other foods high in Beta Carotene and Vitamin A are whole eggs, whole milk and Liver. If you don't eat much of these foods, consider supplementation.

Carrots contain high levels of vitamin A which is good for maintaining good eyesight. To say carrots can IMPROVE your eyesight is a myth. They cannot improve your eyesight. However, saying that, if you were greatly deficient in vitamin A then your eyesight will be compromised. So it is important to remember vitamin A is good for maintaing good eyesight but not improving it. Hope that answers you question.

If you ate load and load, there'd be (possibly) a slight increase in your vision.

But the rumour of carrots was started in World War II by the British government to hide the fact that British airmen were using radar in their planes to target German bombers during the night.

Carrots must of seemed like a good cover story to hide such 'new' technology.
