i was walking home and this attractive guy approached me and told me he found me to be sexy. he asked for my cell number, called later that night and told me he'd call when he got home and i've never heard from him again. that was days ago. i just dont get what the point is of going through the trouble to get the number if you dont plan on using it. please men, help me understand this. thanks:)

cause they think they've done you a favor for asking.
he probably spend the rest of the day asking every female who walked down the same street for their numbers.
most men get a kick out of proving themselves - in this case, he proved he can get your number and you were gullible enough to give it to him
anyway, didn't your mom tell you not to speak to strangers? what's wrong with you? not only did you speak to him, you gave him your number! what if??????
be careful out there... looks can be deceiving.

Well that's typical males...I guess when he called he was confirming if the number was correct..then he will call u when he's desperate and his gf dumped him...then he will call you as second option so don't stress about it move on

some of them dont have the guts to call when they are sober, and some of them might have a girlfriend, and some of them are just nobs!! hehe....
