I made out with this girl alot at a dance. But Im popular and most of my friends dont like her and make fun of me. I think im going to tell her i dont want to hang out anymore. What should i do?

Does your friends hold such a high opinion on your social life that if they don't like the girl you suddenly don't. If you really like this girl then you should keep seeing regardless of what your friends say. Being popular might seem like your life right now but wait until you see what the real life is like out there. Breaking up with this girl just because your friends don't like her and make fun of you is just plain immature. Plus think of the fact that you'll be breaking her heart and for what, your popularity!

How old are you? My son is going through the same thing. None of his friends like her but they have a child together. I found they don't like her because she is more level headed, more mature than his male friends. If the person feels right stand up to your friends and say something. Are they going to allow them to dictate your life?? You could be missing out on a great girlfriend or friend in general.

Dont break her heart because what other people would think even if you are popular it wont be right to dump her because you want to fit in or whatever because i had the same problem now i regret it cause i thought she was the girl for me but i let people encourage me to dump her and i did it now she has low- self esteem and i feel so bad i about myself.
