It would prove me right... that God, if he exists, is a bully, and that he works in mysterious, inefficient, and breathtakingly cruel ways.

Hi, firstly God is omnipotent and therefore knows all things regarding His creation, and as He is outside the law of time and space He can see the whole of human history from beginning to end,so yes God knows well who will be saved and who will be lost, but this is not something that He has determined but is the result of our own free will and choice, therefore you and I will determine what our future will be in the next life by our decisions here on earth.

You should do more religious study.God do not control all this if he do then what the point to do good since lives are predestined.Think seriously and deeply.
1. If God create this world ,he must be in control. and if he can control then why must he had good and bad.Poor and rich.
2. Why should he at first create someone that later betray his will.
3. If we compare human now and the past. Now are worst then the past.People no longer love their partner, parents, children and friends.
4. If you said all this are later create by human then who create human.Just like our children. From baby to adult,as long as the parent are around ,they will be always be the child of the parents right?
All the things we see, hear and feel now are control by the force called Karma.Karma is control by all and all are control by karma.Just like what it is said :"Form is emptiness, emptiness is form."

i think of a few of existence is predestined and that this is attainable to circumvent the destiny you we are given by ability of your strikes/inactions i don't have faith in God so i won't be able to say divine intervention, there are greater powers as play perception cos of existence reports and open-innovations

God is such a vaguely defined concept that it is impossible to prove any such thing. You can't even show God to exist, let alone that he predestines anything.
It's hard enough to prove predestination in the best cases, and it really doesn't have an effect on our day to day lives.

Pray tell, just how would one go about proving that?
First, it is inconsistent with God's self-revelation to us. James says in 1:13-15: "When tempted, no one should say, 'God is tempting me.' For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone; but each one is tempted when, by his own evil desire, he is dragged away and enticed. Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death."
Second, it is inconsistent with the fact that God is extra-mundane, that He transcends the created order. Pantheism is inconsistent with biblical revelation.
I see that you are looking for excuses for your sins. You'll not find one in the Bible, unless of course, you ignore it or endeavor to explain it away. Bible truth will not fit into your little attempt to justify your sins.
