If Turkey allows people to have double nationality, yes you can.
You have to contact the Foreign Office in London and and legalise your daughter's birth certificate there. then go to Turkey,translate it legally and submit her documents in the authorities.
I did the same for the Bulgarian citizenship of my son.
He is Born in UK and has a British passport but I am Bulgarian and he is entitled to a Bulgarian as well.I hope that will help

Sorry, can't help with the Turkish side, but at least on the British you are ok. Some countries don't allow their citizens to hold dual nationality, but Britain does.
