There's not necessarily a "list" but I can tell you some things:
For what you asked - We don't discourage blood donation (we actually have some blood drives at our churches), we do believe homosexuality is a serious sin but can be repented of, condoms? use them if you want, Movies - anything that isn't uplifting really should be avoided, we have especially been counseled not to watch anything rated R (or worse of course) and just use our best judgement on others, music - same thing as movies - we are encouraged to listen to uplifting music.
We don't believe in drinking coffee, tea, alcohol or doing any sort of drug(s) that will alter our mind/body.
We believe in being morally clean - no premarital sex - that is a serious sin against the Lord.
We have a short "list" of our basic beliefs that can be found at LDS.org or ask some missionaries, or even contact me if you have more questions.

I would like to raise a point. You know that some people have said on Yahoo! Answers and other forums that Mormons don't respect other people's beliefs? Well can I just say that making comments like "Mormons are against the truth" and speaking in deogatory terms about mormons is not only hipocricy, but it's degrading too.
Mormons believe in respecting themselves and those around them. They are against things which will influence them to do wrong - like getting drunk and making stupid mistakes or just getting liver cancer.
Mormons stay away from substances which are bad for their health. You wouldn't eat a sandwich with a dead spider in it would you?
Mormons are not against blood donating or condoms. Rock music is fine as long as it hasn't got swearing in and mormons only stay away from particularly violent or vulgar movies.
I would also like to stamp out another myth. Mormons do not promote polygomy. Haven't done so for hundreds of years.
Any more questions, feel free to ask me or just pop onto the site in my source. Careful on the internet though, there's a lot of sites which have anti-mormon stuff on it. I don't know why they feel the need to have these sites...it's almost like people feel threatened by the religion? Which is bizarre to me.

A long time ago I had two Mormon elders visit me for a while. They were against drinking tea and coffee, so out came the Barleycup tin. I know a lot of people mix them up with JWs (who are against blood donating/transfusions). At least with the JWs you know what you are up against because they are proud to be seen as different to other religions. The Mormons, I found, gave the impression they are just like other Christian denominations, but a bit of digging showed they are almost off the Christian radar. (No offence, LDS folks - you're not alone in this.)
They are against the biblical Trinity doctrine, having their own version. They are against the Bible truth that "it is appointed once for men to die, and then to face the judgement". They are against the Bible as the complete Word of God, having their own, additional, scriptures they claim are superior. They are against salvation as a free gift of God that cannot be earned. They are against the Bible teaching that Adam sinned, saying he actually liberated humanity. That's not a complete list but it should be enough for you to be getting on with meantime.
Any Mormons reading this who disagree, please contact me via the Yahoo email service. If you can prove I'm wrong, I'll publicly say so via this site.

I'm mormon and a lot of people think we're against a lot of things, but here's a list:
* We don't drink coffee, tea, or alcohol.
* We don't smoke.
*We don't watch rated R movies.
* We usually don't listen to rap music if it deals with drugs, sex, etc.
*We don't believe in premartual sex.
* We recomend not dating until the age of 16.
* We dress modestly.
*We are seriously against homosexuality.
*****Whoever said we don't believe in the Bible, we do. We also respect other religions that worship God as well.
If you have any more questions, just go to lds.org.

Interesting range of answers.
I agree with the responder that it's easier to ask what are Mormons for. Look at www.mormon.org for information about LDS beliefs.

Mormons have many peculiar, unorthodox beliefs that categorize them as outside of Christendom (no matter how much they want to call themselves "Christians").
There are several good Christian ministries devoted to reaching Mormons with the Truth of the Biblical gospel. These sites provide well-documented information on the heretical teachings of LDS.
