how good is porcelanosa for bathrooms?

looking for a bathroom, maybe a kitchen too, interested in quality of products and customer service at porcelanosa, thinking of shopping there.

They are good - excellent quality. However, they are expensive and staff tend to be a bit on the snooty and unhelpful side.

Very good, but very expensive.

We had our bathroom done last year and found a recommended plumber who discussed what we wanted and then ordered the items directly for us. We got exactly what we wanted at a very good price.
